Basement Bathroom Projects
Specialize in cutting concrete basement floors for installation of plumbing and sewage pumps if needed. Can complete all finish work including flooring, tub/shower, sink, and trim installation.
Egress Window and Doors
Installation is started with excavation to the level of the drain tile. The basement concrete is cut from the outside utilizing a hydraulic concrete saw, with little to no water or debris entering the basement. The window or door is installed with the size meeting code specifications or the desired preference of the customer. The tub or egress is installed, and the dug out area is back-filled with 3/4" rock to ensure proper drainage. Any extra materials and concrete is hauled away or moved.
